individual Therapy

Individual therapy is taking time and space to sit and talk, reflect and process but most of all give voice to the emotions you’re feeling, experiences you’ve had and those you want. I work with men and women ages 13 and up on a wide variety of personal struggles including anxiety and depression, life change and transition such as divorce, parenting and new or lost jobs along with stress and overwhelm, feeling lost and so much more.

My approach is eclectic, warm, and I like to think I’m funny in an appropriate way. I’m psychoanalytic and emotionally- and pragmatically-focused which means I want to help you make sense of what’s going on and yet be realistic about how to navigate the process of change and growth as well.
